A student shall be eligible to appear the semester examination provided he / she pursues a regular course of study in respective depts. And attends at least 60 % of theoretical, practical and sessional classes on an average held during the semester. The attendance shall be considered from the date of admission of the candidate in the college.
A student who has been absent for short periods due to participation in cultural, sports, other activities with prior written permission shall be permitted a maximum of additional concession 6% in attendance.
A student shall be allowed to appear at any examination only if he / she paid the prescribed fee by the date specified by WBSCTE. After expiry of specified date the student deposit the examination fee with prescribed additional fee for late submission of application.
A candidate shall be allowed in examination only after he / she is issue an Admit Card for the relevant examination.
A student who is promoted to next higher year with backlogs in the previous year shall be permitted to appear as a casual student as per provision with extra payable of Casual Examination fee as per the norms and regulations of WBSCTE.
A student admitted in Khargram College Of Education should maintain an ethos of commitment to a proffesional Programme.
He/She is expected to achieve all the good manners and maintain those strictly.
According to the West Bengal Board of Primary Education(WBBPE) and NCTE the trainees must attend 75% classes or he/she will befriend for least attendance.
The trainees must attend all the practice teaching classes. No excuses without serious issues will be granted.
A trainee must also present in all college functions.
Prion permission is required from the principal for any holiday.
Every student is expected to make the best use of the college library.
Every student is told to take the preliminary computer course class.
There will be some class tests and two semester exams. Trainee must have to sit all of them.
Our college strictly maintain the anti-ragging rule. So any incidents related to ragging, tearing or violence must not be tolerated.
